(1) Respect All Members

⬤ Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, threats, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.

⬤ Staff will always consider the full situation before deciding on a punishment. This includes what was said, how serious it was, whether it happened repeatedly, and whether the other player deliberately provoked the situation.

⬤ If a player provokes someone and receives a minor verbal reaction, this will not automatically be treated as a severe or game-breaking offence. However, provocation is not a free pass to make extreme threats, discriminatory remarks, or seriously abusive comments.

(2) Cavebotting and Multi-Client

⬤ Cavebotting is allowed for hunting, leveling, and bosses.

⬤ Team cavebotting is not allowed. This includes using two or more characters together in the same spawn, whether as a duo, trio, quad, or larger group.

⬤ Using multiple characters from the same player or IP address in the same hunting area is not allowed.

⬤ If a spawn has multiple floors or areas, you may use multiple cavebot characters only if each character stays in a different area or floor.

⬤ Using one or more bots to follow, block, trap, surround, annoy, or interfere with another player is forbidden. This also includes using multiple characters to block someone’s path, stairs, exits, entrances, rope spots, teleports, or access to a hunting area.

⬤ Using multiple clients to kill, trap, block, assist in killing, or gain an unfair PvP advantage against another player is strictly forbidden.

(3) Channel Usage and Chat Conduct

⬤ Use each channel only for its intended purpose and use appropriate language. For example:
In-game:
World chat is for English.
Polish chat is for Polish.
Swedish chat is for Swedish.

Discord:
Use #general-chat for casual conversations.
Use #game-discussion for Valeria-related gameplay topics.
Use #support for questions or assistance.
Use #report for reporting players or rule violations.

⬤ Game-related channels must be kept relevant to Valeria. Longer off-topic conversations should be moved to an appropriate social or general channel.

⬤ Do not spam or flood any in-game or Discord channel. This includes sending excessive messages, repeating the same text, using large amounts of emojis, splitting one message into many small lines, or repeatedly tagging players or staff.

⬤ Do not intentionally derail discussions, announcements, reports, or support requests.

⬤ Do not post the same message in multiple channels, and do not misuse support or report channels to get faster attention.

⬤ Keep all conversations readable, respectful, and constructive. Staff reserves the right to move or remove messages that are posted in the wrong channel or disrupt the flow.

(4) No NSFW or Inappropriate Content

⬤ Valeria is a community for players of all ages.

⬤ Do not share, post, request, describe, or link to sexual, explicit, graphic, shocking, or otherwise inappropriate content.

⬤ This rule also applies to:
- Profile pictures.
- Usernames and nicknames.
- Character and guild names.
- Images, videos, links, emojis, and stickers.
- Private messages connected to the Valeria community.

(5) Follow Discord’s Terms of Service

⬤ All members must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

⬤ Activities that violate Discord’s rules may also result in removal from the Valeria Discord or other Valeria services.

⬤ Serious violations may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.

(6) No Advertising or Self-Promotion

⬤ Advertising or self-promotion is not allowed without permission from an administrator.
This includes:
- Discord server invitations.
- Other game servers.
- Websites, shops, products, or services.
- Social-media accounts, videos, streams, or referral links.
- Private-message advertising.
- Real-money trading (RMT), account selling, or similar services.

⬤ Disguised or indirect advertising is also prohibited.

⬤ Ask an administrator for permission before posting promotional content.

(7) Follow Staff Instructions

⬤ Moderators and administrators are responsible for keeping the community safe, fair, and organised.

⬤ Follow reasonable instructions given by staff members.

⬤ Do not ignore warnings, continue prohibited behaviour, insult staff, impersonate staff, or encourage others to ignore staff decisions.

⬤ If you disagree with a staff decision, contact a moderator or administrator privately and explain your concerns calmly with details.

⬤ Public arguments about punishments or moderation decisions may be removed if they cause disruption.

⬤ Staff members are also expected to act fairly. A staff instruction does not give staff permission to abuse their position.

(8) Report Issues Respectfully

⬤ Report rule violations through the #report channel or by contacting a moderator privately.

⬤ Include as much useful information as possible, such as:
- The player or character name.
- The approximate date and time.
- A clear explanation of what happened.
- Screenshots, recordings, or chat logs.

⬤ Do not start public fights, threaten the accused player, encourage mass-reporting, or take revenge.

⬤ False, misleading, edited, or intentionally dishonest reports may also result in punishment.

⬤ Staff will review the available evidence and the full situation before making a decision.

(9) Chargeback Policy

⬤ By making a purchase, you confirm that you understand that digital products or services may be delivered immediately.

⬤ All completed purchases are considered final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or has been approved by Valeria administration.

⬤ Starting a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised chargeback may result in the immediate suspension of your game account and associated accounts while the payment dispute is investigated.

⬤ Accounts involved in deliberate payment fraud or chargeback abuse may be permanently banned.

⬤ Valeria may also restrict access to associated accounts or services if there is reasonable evidence that they are connected to the disputed payment.

⬤ Players with a payment problem should contact Valeria administration before opening a chargeback whenever possible.

(10) Rule Circumvention

⬤ Trying to avoid the purpose of a rule is also considered a violation.

⬤ Something is not automatically allowed just because the exact method is not specifically mentioned in the rules.

⬤ This includes using:
- Another character or account.
- Another player.
- Another IP address, device, VPN, or proxy.
- A technical loophole.
- A different channel or platform.
- A slightly different method with the same purpose or result.

⬤ Staff will evaluate the intent, context, repetition, and effect of the behaviour, not only at the exact action used.

(11) Enforcement and Punishments

⬤ Violations will result in punishments ranging from a warning or mute to a temporary or permanent ban, including character or account deletion. Penalties are determined by the severity, intent, context, and the player's past behavior.

⬤ Players who deliberately provoke others to get them punished may also receive a penalty.

⬤ Trying to bypass these rules through another IP address, VPN, device, account, or player is also considered a violation.

⬤ Continuing after a warning may result in a mute, temporary ban, or further punishment.

⬤ Serious violations may result in an immediate ban.

These rules are here to keep Valeria fair, friendly, and enjoyable for everyone.
Treat other players with respect, play fairly, follow staff instructions, and report problems instead of escalating them.
